Developer Beat Games have announced that the first music pack for their popular game Beat Saber will release on March 14th, on the PlayStation 4 and PC.
To coincide with the new DLC, there is also a scheduled update that will drastically switch up the game’s user interface. The pack will see the introduction of new musical compositions and the addition of previously released PC content on the PS4 version of the game.
The update doesn’t only contain the UI overhaul, we’ll also see the addition of OST Vol. 1, Vol. 2 and Extras, which are expected to go live across both platforms at the same time. Beat Games unfortunately haven’t disclosed what will be included in Music Pack 1 but it’ll be interesting to see on March 14th.
Beat Saber is one of the more critically acclaimed VR titles and the introduction of new DLC will allow players to return for some fast-paced musical action. It is also nice to see the already existing PC content arriving on the PlayStation 4, as the console lacks the ability to install custom content unlike its computer counterpart.
